Placing Your Order
- Review the product and price list.
- To place an order, select one of the authorized resellers listed below and address the orders to:

- c/o (Selected Reseller Name)
- Reseller Address
- All quotes and orders should reference the ALJP2013 Contract
- Fax or email the completed order to the selected authorized Samsung reseller.
- Your order will be reviewed by the reseller.
- You will be contacted to make any necessary corrections if applicable prior to processing.
- Orders will ship within 2-3 days of receipt of order based on normal inventory levels.
- Customers will be immediately notified of any delays.
Shipping Terms
- Freight is FOB Destination from Samsung’s Carson, CA warehouse on any order over $1,500.00 shipping via UPS ground or LTL Carrier to a single location in North America.
- Freight is Prepaid & Add on any order totaling less than $1,500.00.
- All request for air shipments are billed at customer’s expense.
- All damages and shortages must be filed directly by the purchaser with the carrier within 3 days after delivery plus notification to the Authorized Reseller and Samsung.
- All damages and shortages must be noted on the freight bill at time of delivery.
Terms and Conditions
- All requests for returns for credit or replacement must be submitted via email within 60 days of purchase.
- All returns for credit must be authorized in advance. Notify the reseller whom the product was purchased through to initiate the process.
- All returns must be in factory sealed cartons and should be insured and shipped freight prepaid.
- Any return for credit or replacement must arrive at the warehouse with the RA number clearly visible on the shipping label or outer carton.
- Any unauthorized return will not be accepted and will be returned freight collect.
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking and refurbishing fee unless pre-approved by STA management.
