    on 30th november i placed an order for oleva pearl necklace set to gift some one special & i have been charged Rs.705/- after 6 days i recieved the parcel, once it opened got shocked to see the product… i recieved a wrong product & also the packing is really very bad the box was broken inside., that is a gold colour necklace which is usually sold in foot paths, railway stations & bus stops & not even worth of Rs.20/- .
    tradus.com is a big cheeting website… those who are working for tradus.com alla re mother fuckers.
    this site is fake there is no customer care or contact point is been given.
    those who are reading this please do not book order from tradus

    I had ordered a shirt which was never delivered to me and tradus had promised me for the refund which I never got since two months now.
    I had again ordered koutons blazer for 999 rd which I again received a mail from them about refunding as the product is not available.
    What to do now.
    Its two time in a row now.

    Before you buI have received the wrong product. I ordered Stereo Hands-Free Headset For Samsung Corby Mate B3313 but this is not comfortable with this phone port. and this is not an original product. I attach the photo of my phone along with Stereo Hands-Free Headset.
    and i have submit the online request but it not be submitted . i thing this is fake website..y anything, first see the compalints in google. thanks

    I am Raja Sekhara Reddy. I received the product and opened I shocked because earphone and damaged and not working. MP3 player is poor quality and It is not my ordered model. Please return and exchange. Packing was not good.
    It is not a good product. please send me the my ordered product please see the image and my order product. other wise I will go to the consumer forum.

    I had ordered the jeans of 34 inches size But they dilevered the 38 inches size. Even their is no response on their website & no complaint no. in website
