Roles and Responsibilities
Meeting daily calling productivity target.
Meeting daily lead generation target for New and existing customers.
Meeting daily and monthly conversion target as per goal sheet.
Attending daily team meetings for progress and performance.
Empathy, service and quality on every customer contact.
Adherence to code of conduct and compliance.
High on quality scores and proficiency test.
Mandatory- English & Hindi & one regional language.
